Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Tell us about your project and we will assess the work and give you a clear price.

How long does a typical job take?

A standard room is usually 1–2 days, a full house repaint 3–7 days, and exterior or commercial work depends on size and access. We confirm timing with your quote.

Do you do exterior painting?

Yes. We paint exterior walls, render, doors, windows, fascias and gutters, with proper preparation and weather-resistant finishes.

Do you paint kitchen cabinets?

Yes — we hand-paint kitchen cabinets and presses across Dublin for a hard-wearing, fine finish, at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen.

Yes, we are fully insured. We treat your home or premises with care and protect floors and furniture throughout the work.

Which areas of Dublin do you cover?

We work across north and south County Dublin and the surrounding areas. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just get in touch.

Will you protect my furniture and floors, and clean up afterwards?

Yes. Before we start we move and wrap your furniture and cover your carpets and floors, so nothing catches a drop of paint. We tidy up at the end of each day and leave your home clean and tidy once the job is finished.

What if I spot a snag after the job is done?

We come back and sort it, no fuss. We check the finished job with you, and if any woodwork or wall needs a touch-up we return to put it right. Plenty of our customers mention us coming back to finish the snag list, even at short notice.

Can you help me choose colours and paint?

Yes, happily. Andy is glad to talk through colours and recommend paint brands and finishes to suit each room and how it is used, so you feel confident before any work starts.

Do you remove wallpaper and repair damaged walls?

Yes. We strip wallpaper, fill and sand, plaster and smooth out poor walls, and repair damage including water damage from leaks, before repainting. Doing the prep properly is what makes the finish last.

Excellent service from Dublin Deco Painters! They painted the walls, ceilings, and woodwork in my South City apartment after some plaster repairs handily supplying all the paint themselves. Because of a cancellation, they were able to fit me in much faster than expected. The punctual crew worked solidly, prepping all surfaces and completing the entire job in two days. I was highly impressed by their cleanliness and how they returned all furniture to its place. The apartment feels completely new with its fresh coat of paint.

Andy and his team decorated our house before Christmas and we were really pleased with the results. We had the interior of our house redecorated by Andy and his team just before Christmas following some construction/refurbishment. Andy was a pleasure to deal with right from our first meeting when he came to assess the work. He was always very prompt in answering any questions I had both before and during the work. He also showed great flexibility around some scheduling challenges we faced due to shifting dates which meant the painting work would have clashed with arrival of the carpet fitters. So he arranged to start the job, break for a few days while the carpets were fitted, and then return to finish our house immediately after. This was particularly appreciated because of the proximity to Christmas and the fact that he and his team manage to finish everything ahead of Christmas as promised. All the newly installed carpets were professionally protected, and we are very pleased with the overall standard of work. I would absolutely use Andy and his team again.
